We have complete faith in our work, so much so that we offer a One Year Warranty/Guarantee on all our work and materials. It does not relate to seeding/sodding, or sub-grade settlement. To ensure the survival of replacement plant material, replanting will only be done during appropriate seasons or when the weather conditions are favorable. If the replacement occurred within the warranty period, extensions would not be offered. As a condition of this warranty, the client is responsible for properly maintaining and watering the plant material as necessary during the warranty period. This limited warranty will not cover the death of plant material caused by disease, vandalism, or uncontrollable acts of nature, including but not limited to high winds, icing, drought, fluids, hurricanes, animal/pest/insect damage, and ice melt (salt) damage.
